The Phoenix Development Group was established 5 years ago when the founder of the company, Liz Guegan, saw a niche in the market for marketing and promoting properties online with virtual agents, something that has been shown to be ahead of the curve.
Her observation that many people coming to a new country for the first time were being overcharged, and subjected to some unethical practices, led her to form the Phoenix Group, where all the Agents, support staff and contacts are hand picked to be both ethical and professional, ensuring our clients of the best service possible.
Through her guidance and expertise, we have now expanded from 2 countries at the inception of the company, to 10, showing both the growth and uniqueness of our services.
As of January 2016, we are in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, the Yucatan area of Mexico, Belize, Nicaragua, US Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Roatan/Utila in Honduras, the Bahamas, and Panama, with some limited offers on our books in both Spain and Florida
We currently have homesites from $15,000, and condos, homes and villas to over $5 million on the residential side, and commercially, from $350,000 to over $100 million. We also represent some clients who have businesses requiring partners, investors and developers and we are able to find funding for many viable projects in our areas
